[font=PMingLiu, mingliu, 細明體_HKSCS-ExtB, &quot][size=15px]食蝦，人人都知食野生海蝦最鮮甜。但怎樣分辨海蝦養蝦？只有一個方法，記着品種名稱。然而，同一類蝦，有的生猛有的像馬明般天然呆，原來背後有兩大秘密。首先是捕捉方法，用電最快最方便，但令活蝦半死，命不久矣。相反，網蝦捕捉時間長，但鮮活得多。其次是運輸方法，用車夠便宜，但舟車勞頓，蝦都處於生死邊緣；用艇或船就精靈得多，但價錢貴三成多。
